Delivery within Lithuania
Delivery is free throughout Lithuania for orders of 200 EUR or more. For orders under 200 EUR, the delivery fee within Lithuania is 5 EUR. An additional fee of 20 EUR applies to deliveries to the Curonian Spit. Goods are delivered within 1–3 business days (if you pay by bank transfer – within 1–3 business days after the payment is received) to all Lithuanian towns – to your home, office or another address you specify. We will agree a suitable delivery time with you before delivery.
Delivery to Latvia and Estonia
We deliver to Latvia and Estonia by courier to your specified address. Delivery time: 1–3 business days (if you pay by bank transfer – 1–3 business days after the payment is received). Delivery fee: 10 EUR.
Delivery to other European Union countries
We ship to all European Union countries by courier. Delivery fee: 20 EUR.
Please note: goods can only be collected from the courier by the person who placed the order or the person named in the order or order notes. A valid identity document (passport, ID card or driving licence) must be presented when collecting the goods.
Delivery hours in Lithuania:
Business days 8:00–22:00, Saturday 8:00–18:00: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena.
Business days 8:00–18:00 in other Lithuanian towns and locations.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number we email you when the goods are dispatched.
When receiving goods from the courier, please check that the packaging is not damaged (wet, torn or otherwise visibly damaged). If the packaging is damaged, the recipient must note this on the delivery acceptance document. If the document is signed without remarks, the parcel is deemed to have been delivered undamaged.
Collection
Goods can be collected free of charge from our office at Jurbarko g. 2A, Kaunas, Lithuania. Goods are delivered to the collection point on the same or next business day after payment. We will inform you of the collection time by the phone number given in the order. If you do not notify us and do not collect the goods at the agreed time, they are held at the collection point for 3 business days, after which the reservation is automatically cancelled.
